- Strong knowledge of Advent software or other leading edge portfolio management software products.
- At least 4 years in consulting or support within the investment management industry.
- Ability to successfully manage relationships with customers, doing what is in their best interest.
- Strong problem-solving skill and ability to work independently.
- Ability to want to keep customers happy while integrating into the customer’s team environment.
